Feasibility study of the design was carried out by TRI Hospitality Consulting, the leading consulting company in the hotel market.
To meet Hyatt strong requirements to design and construction, the following consultants were employed: Reardon Smith Architects, RPW Interior Design, ARUP, HED, Humble Arnold associates, LDI, and public corporation “Institute Minskgrazhdanproject”.
Gulf Trust Management Services is appointed as a project manager.
