Description: The 7-storey business centre will take an important stand in the city architecture and will introduce the new architectural complex of Dzerzhinsky Ave. from the city center side.
The exterior finishes will mostly be made of tinted stained-glass, flitch plates, polished natural granite. The atrium increasing the area of the building natural illumination will become one of the peculiarities of the project.
All the objects of different functionality are separated from each other. They have independent exits, stairs, and elevators. The retail area will occupy the first two floors. Shops, service bureaus, restaurant and bar will be allocated here. An escalator rises from the ground floor to the first floor of the retail area.
Comfortable offices will be located from the 4th to the 7th floor. The office part is divided into three parts, each of which has its own elevator, halls and stairs. A free-pattern planning is provided inside each office block.
Meeting facilities and a conference-hall are designed for business negotiations, seminars and conferences.
The project provides for the whole engineering services complex, including a developed IT-infrastructure, security system, air conditioning system, etc. A secure parking for 75 car-spaces is available.
At present the monolithic framework on the 5-6th level is under construction. Engineering services placement works have been started.
